The Villa
Okonjima African Villa
Okonjima African Villa is a private, thatched safari house in a secluded corner of the Okonjima Nature Reserve, about 48 km south of Otjiwarongo. It looks over its own waterhole, so wildlife comes to you while you sit on the deck or by the infinity pool.
The main house has two en-suite bedrooms, a lounge and a dining area, and two more suites stand on their own a short walk away on either side. Together they sleep up to eight adults and four children aged 12 or older, which makes it ideal for a family or a small group of friends.
The villa is usually booked for your group alone, with your own host, chef and guide. From here you join the reserve's famous tracking activities, following leopard and brown hyena with the guides and researchers of the AfriCat Foundation.
