Eagle's Nest Chalets
Eagle’s Nest sits in the Aus Mountains, about 7 km from Klein-Aus Vista’s Desert Horse Inn — seven self-catering chalets, each built into rounded granite boulders that become part of the interiors.
Every chalet has a small kitchen, en-suite shower, fireplace, ceiling fan, fridge, mini bar, safe, tea/coffee, a veranda and an outdoor braai. Meals are served at the restaurant and bar of the Desert Horse Inn.
Family-owned Klein-Aus Vista looks out where the Pro-Namib meets the desert sands — with six hiking trails, mountain biking, drives in the Gondwana Sperrgebiet Rand Park and the wild horses of Garub close by.
