The Weinberg Windhoek is an elegant 43-suite hotel set inside a historic Klein Windhoek estate — a quiet, walled retreat just minutes from the city centre. The hotel wraps around a heritage building, forming a serene inner courtyard, with modern interiors that complement its colonial character. Guests enjoy full access to the estate’s restaurants, deli, gym and wine cellar — and the rooftop Sky Lounge is one of Windhoek’s most photographed sundowner spots. It is our preferred arrival and departure base — a comfortable bed, an excellent dinner and the particular pleasure of a hot shower at the start or end of a long journey, with the city’s restaurants, galleries and craft shops a short drive away.
